Frequently asked questions

1.   What hours do you work?

A: We are open Monday thru Friday, 7:30am until 4:00 pm. We will schedule special work, estimates and consultations on evenings and Saturday’s if there is a special need. We are also available for emergency and storm work 24 hours a day. Contact us to schedule your next project.

2.    Will you work in any weather?

A: Yes, for pruning, removal, stump grinding we can work in most weather. With our Plant Health care, we have to be a bit more cautious. We use a variety of spreader and stickers for our foliar applications. That means our treatments will not be harmed unless we have a huge down pour within an hour of treatment. If need be, we will return and re-apply, with a free service call, if it rains too soon and too hard.

3.   Are Bees and natural predators’ harmed during your treatments?

A: During flowering, we do not add insecticides to our fungicide treatments, unless there is an enormous over-population of destructive insects that could otherwise damage plants. In studies, fungicides alone seem to cause little trouble for pollinators. When high populations of destructive insects are present, we then choose insecticides that are less hazardous to pollinating or predatory insects.

4.   Do you accept credit cards, or payments?

A: We accept Visa and Master Card. Other payment terms are not customary, but sometimes can be set up, for special circumstances.

5.   Where are you located?

A: Our office is just south of Wilsonville, in Aurora, Oregon. However, we serve the greater Portland area, and surrounding towns. For mailing address, click here.
